Ship Your Breast Milk With Confidence

Please review these shipping instructions carefully before shipping your breast milk to Milkify, and see details below to contact our shipping customer service team.

To schedule a carrier pick-up from your home, please contact us at (832) 534-0465, and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you!

1. Don't throw anything away - including the outer cardboard box!

The outer cardboard box provides additional protection during shipping, so leave the insulated shipping cooler inside the outer cardboard shipping box.

You will ship back to us in the same box setup that arrived at your door.

Be sure to read through the instructions and only ship on a Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays!

2. Release the Velcro strap to remove the lid from the cooler.

Check that the panels of your cooler are intact and show no signs of damage.

Open one plastic bag liner that has been provided, and place inside the cooler.

A second plastic bag is provided in case the first one tears!

3. Pack your frozen bags of milk into the bag liner inside the cooler.

Pack your milk tightly, taking care not to overfill.

Line the bags up in rows across cooler to maximize space.

Your milk must be frozen completely solid before packing into this insulated shipper.

No dry ice or ice packs are needed, but you may add some frozen ice packs if there is a significant amount of empty space in your cooler after packing all of your milk.

4. Use the provided order label sticker to close the top of your bag liner.

Don't forget your cooler lid!

Make sure that the cooler lid sits flush on top of the cooler.

Secure lid with the Velcro strap.

The flaps and strap will ensure that your cooler lid stays on tight during shipping.

Please do not use tape on any part of the cooler itself.

5. Make sure your cooler is inside the outer cardboard shipping box.

Close the flaps of the outer cardboard shipping box and use packing tape to secure.

6. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the cardboard shipping box, covering the old shipping label.

Drop-off your box at an official UPS Store or FedEx Office location (check your return label to verify which carrier your shipment will be through!)

*Important*

PLEASE AVOID DROPPING OFF TO ACCESS POINTS IF POSSIBLE. Access points are retail stores that accept FedEx or UPS packages, such as CVS, Walgreens, or Staples). Dropping your milk off at these third-party locations may result in pick-up delays.
